The portable or a device inside the portable isn't turning on

Problem

The NEX Portable is plugged in and powered on, but the devices inside the portable don't seem to be on.

Solution

  1. Turn the power supply off.
  2. Check the power cable is properly plugged in at both ends.
  3. Check that each individual device has its power properly wired in, and that the wires are not loose.
  4. Turn the power supply back on.
  5. If problems persist, contact NEX Support.
