The NEX Cloud uses a pricing structure that scales with your account usage, starting at $9.95 per month. This means the best value pricing and automatic volume discounts as a NEX account grows.
There are two main factors that are used to calculate the monthly subscription price: the total number of Data Points being monitored on the cloud and the total number of Users on the account.
Data Point count
The price per data point is shown in the table below. As the number of data points on the account increases, the cost per point decreases.

User count
Each NEX account can have up to 5 users included. Additional users add an additional 20% to the price for each block of 5:

Minimum price
Subscriptions have a minimum price of $9.95 to allow us to provide reliable server infrastructure and great customer support.
Free trial subscription
Each new NEX account comes with one free month subscription for you to try our service.
You’ll can view your estimated bill on the Billing page in the Account section.
Invoices
A tax invoice is emailed to the account manager for each month. This includes an itemised breakdown of data points per site and cost per site.
All invoices are also available to view from the Billing page in the Account section.
Payment of invoices is done securely and automatically using the credit card added to your account.
We use a secure Australian payment processor and do not save or have access to your credit card details on our servers.
Data plans
In addition to the NEX Cloud service, we offer managed 4G internet data plans in Australia to help get your devices connected.
These are typically billed in the following plans: 500MB, 1GB, or 2GB.
